Clean and peel the potatoes and carrots. Grate the potatoes and carrots into slices separately. Mix the potatoes with melted butter (100g) and salt. Place in a baking dish and bake at 185 °C for about 1 hour.

Melt the butter (90 g) in a pan and lightly fry the prepared carrots. Add the cream and cook the carrots until semi-soft. Finally, add the sweet soy sauce and cook until cooked through.
