Peel the celery and apples. Cut the celery into smaller pieces and cut the apples into quarters, removing the cores. Grate together using a machine.

Add lemon juice through a strainer to the bowl with the grated ingredients. Mix to combine all the ingredients. Let rest for a while.

Add sugar, salt, pepper and roughly chopped nuts to the mixture and then mix. Finally, add sour cream and mix with a whisk in the machine.
