Boil the groats until soft, drain the water and let them cool to room temperature. Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in hot olive oil until golden brown. Clean, peel and finely grate the carrots, celery and parsley. Cut the meat into smaller pieces and grind it in the machine.

Mix all these ingredients together, add the egg, spices (dried garlic, pepper, 3 sprigs of fresh thyme and 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary) and salt (3 teaspoons).

Form the rolls and place them in a baking dish that has been greased with sunflower oil. Also brush the surface of the rolls with sunflower oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 50-60 minutes, depending on the size of the rolls.

How to prepare pumpkin puree: Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil in salted water (remaining 3 teaspoons of salt) until soft. Wash the pumpkin, cut it into smaller pieces and fry them in butter, also until soft. Mix the potatoes with the pumpkin and butter and beat until foamy.
