Recipe preparation process

Boil the groats until soft, drain the water and let them cool to room temperature. Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in hot olive oil until golden brown. Clean, peel and finely grate the carrots, celery and parsley. Cut the meat into smaller pieces and grind it in the machine.
